Volunteer

Join Hands.  Open your Heart.

Lend your Muscle.  Find your voice.

Give 10%.  Give 100%.  Give 110%.

Give an Hour.  Give a Saturday.

Think of We Before Me.

Reach out a Hand to one and

influence the condition of all.

You might answer phones at the help desk one day a week...be a big brother or big sister to kids who need someone who will listen...serve hot meals...help the disabled find their way.  Maybe you might assist with a minor repair project...help file paperwork or organize books and files.

Or perhaps you might be interested in sitting on one of our volunteer community action committees, be a part of an advisory committee or help us open doors to businesses that can contribute more resources to the community.   The truth is that the Fox Valley United Way and our partner agencies need volunteers...people who can give time as well as dollars, people who have more time than funds to give.

 We need each other.

Volunteering can not only make a difference in your community, but can also give you a sense of pride and a reward of knowing you helped others who really needed support.  If you are interested in volunteering, please call the Fox Valley United Way at (630) 896-4636 and ask for Deborah Collins or submit your volunteer registration form online.
