2014 Souper Bowl of Caring Food Drive

Our Community Makes the Souper Bowl a Success

We were snowed out in February. We were snowed out in March. But thanks to the folks who shopped at several area grocery stores on March 1, our committed volunteers were able to help replenish the stock at area food pantries.

Souper Bowl of Caring mobilizes local youth to fight hunger and poverty in our communities. Our vision was to create our communities largest youth-led day of giving and serving.

This year's Souper Bowl of Caring collected more than 2,273 pounds of food, and with $4,279 in cash donations, the food pantires are able to purchase an additional $34,232 worth of bulk groceries. A big thank you to all who volunteered or donated!

A special thank you to the stores who supported the
